If there are any issues with your order, please contact us at support@houseoftwinkle within 3 business days of your order arriving.
EMAIL: Entering your email during the checkout process DOES NOT automatically add you to our mailing list. It does add you to receive shipping, tracking, and delivery updates.
SHIPPING: We ship orders Monday through Saturday and usually within 1-2 days of order receipt. We offer free domestic standard shipping on all orders over $45.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We don't offer shipping outside the USA at this time. We are working on providing international orders in the near future.
MISSING PACKAGE: If an item is showing as delivered by USPS but you have not received it, there are a few things that may be happening.
First please wait 2-3 business days. Often times a carrier will mistakenly scan an order as delivered yet they still have it and often it gets delivered a day or so after the carrier says they delivered it. If after a few days the package has still not arrived, you'll need to contact your local post office with the tracking number for them to assist you in locating it. We cannot do this from our end.
RETURNS: Please contact us prior to sending any shipment back to make arrangements for the return and the nature of the return. We do not refund original shipping costs on orders. Only in certain circumstances will there be a full refund on returns. We make every effort to provide full details-please read the descriptions as it is part of the listing with the photos.
Once we receive the return in original condition, we will issue a refund with the original payment method.
Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer. We do not refund shipping charges.
SALE ITEMS: Discounted items are sold "as-is" and are not eligible for returns.
CUSTOM ITEMS: We cannot take returns on any chain that has been cut to order from your order.
